Planning: TP Elektroplan, Gaggenau
The Trtiton house on Bockenheimer Landstrasse in Frankfurt / Main was certified in gold by the dgnb after completion in 2013. An important point here: the building will be one of the first office buildings in Germany to not only generate general lighting via LEDs, all offices will also be equipped with LED lights. The first draft by the project developer Lang & Cie provided purely conventional lighting solutions using pendant lights. Since the room height is only 2.95, a ceiling installation solution was quickly favored so that no second level is created in the room. In the course of the search for new solutions, the conversation came up with more efficient solutions that fit into the overall concept of the building.
After more than 2 years of planning, hatec has prevailed with its innovative lighting solution using LED technology and luminaires from the K50 series have been used. The aim of the lighting concept was to generate a general light of 300lx and a workplace light of 500lx. The light points are staggered in the system so that the rooms can be zoned without having to move the lights. Andreas Pfefferle, Managing Director of hatec Lichttechnik GmbH says: "We always speak of a lumen watering can - we pour the light where it is needed." The LEDs can distribute the light precisely, so that it only meets the EN standard with 6W / m² Workplace lighting can be realized.
